Our family owned and operated RV park is located between Dallas and Houston on I-45 in the small town of Fairfield, TX. We are off of the main highway, just outside of the city limits with 19 peaceful, newly upgraded sites with trees and a country feel. All of our sites are back-in and angled.

About Us

We are within walking distance of Fairfield City Park which includes a walking trail and disc golf course. Basketball and pickleball courts and a soccer field are a very short walk away. Our town boasts a charming downtown square with great shopping, several wonderful local restaurants, and the Freestone County Historical museum. Richland Chambers Reservoir is just a few miles away for great fishing.

We continue to work on improvements to the park. Free WiFi, security cameras and fencing will all be coming soon. Please note that we are an RV Park only, and not a campground. There are no public showers or restrooms on site.

Come enjoy the peaceful setting off the beaten path, while still being conveniently located between Dallas and Houston. When you’re not relaxing on site, we are a quick walk or a short drive to great local amenities and downtown shopping. Whether you need a weekend, monthly or seasonal spot, you are more than welcome to come and stay with us!

RV Sites

We have several different sizes of back-in sites ranging from 14 feet wide up to 27 feet wide with the average depth being 50 feet. The sites are all new gravel with updated pedestals and are angled for easy back-in. Each pedestal has the spot number clearly marked in two locations. There are trees along the back of the sites for both shade and privacy as well as a few scattered among the spots and across the drive.

We have lighting at each pedestal for ease of hookup and security.
